All orders are shipped directly from South Korea or Hongkong on FOB (Free On Board) terms. This means we handle everything until the goods are loaded. While shipping durations depend on Air/Sea schedules, we assist you by introducing reliable logistics partners or working with your designated forwarder to ensure smooth global delivery (USA, Europe, SE Asia, etc.).

- Preparation & Shipping: We prepare the fresh batch and arrange pickup/shipping based on the carrier schedule.
